Our senior team

Responsible for overall leadership of Conran Design Group (both UK and US offices) and for defining and delivering the agency’s future business strategy. Thom also works closely with clients and provides communications advice at leadership level on key global accounts that include RB, Teva, Freshfields, Shell and Coca-Cola European Partners, working with clients to translate their organisational objectives into powerful and consistent brand strategy.

Christina is responsible for driving growth in the US market and leading the US business operations. She has overseen identity, digital, and retail initiatives for a range of global clients. Christina was previously COO at Wolff Olins, Managing Director at Brand Union, and Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Christina holds a BA from New York University.

Responsible for creative standards at Conran, Lee is passionate about solving problems through powerful, communication-driven design. He has held the role of design and creative director at many of the UK’s leading branding agencies including Brand Union, Bamber Forsyth and Fitch.

Lee Hoddy Executive Creative Director

Maren has been working across a broad range of industries and different cultures around the world. She is responsible for leading Conran Design Group's creative vision across Consumer Packaging. She also plays a key role providing mentoring, guidance and support across a diverse and multidisciplinary team

A brand and communications expert, advising brands globally and at a senior level for 20 years. Adrian is an agency-side specialist with a breadth of sector experience, providing consultancy for corporate, B2B and B2C clients, helping them to address complex problems and designing strategic approaches that deliver desired business outcomes

As a Creative Director with over 20 years’ experience, Juan leads a multidisciplined creative team in the generation and delivery of meaningful and impactful creative solutions that meet clients’ business needs, while working closely with the client service team to manage the successful delivery of projects.

Responsible for providing corporate clients with practical advice and guidance across brand, reporting and communications. Victoria has worked with clients across a diverse range of sectors including legal, FMCG, construction, retail, pharma, financial services, media, manufacturing, defence, transport, engineering and infrastructure.

Ben brings ten years of brand-building experience to the Conran team. From full identity development, socialization and activation, Ben has helped brands develop their own unique and impactful expressions. Prior to joining Conran, Ben was an ACD with Interbrand Health in New York and an ADD with Interbrand in Shanghai.

Kieron has been working in the design industry for over 20 years. In that time he has worked on brand and corporate communications projects for a wide range of B2B and consumer clients across a diverse range of sectors. He ensures the creative solution delivers against the commercial and strategic challenges of the client brief, forging strong working relationships with our clients in the process.

Joey adds a blend of strategy and design expertise to the team. From brand positioning to experience design, he has spent over twelve years working across every aspect of brand building. Joey’s work is fueled by thoughtful curiosity, creative expression, and design thinking.

Karen is responsible for providing clients with strategic advice, practical guidance, benchmarking and research on corporate reporting and communications. A former head of European investor relations for a FTSE 100 media company, she has extensive experience in corporate communications and is a member of the FRC Reporting Lab’s Steering Group. Karen has worked with a wide range of FTSE-100 and FTSE-250 clients across a diverse range of sectors.

Lucy takes the lead in implementing the New Business and Marketing Strategy. She focuses on building key relationships and helping coordinate and convert new business opportunities that support the growth of Conran and its ability to achieve its strategic and commercial objectives.

Lucy Armstrong Business Development Director

A healthcare brand, strategy and communications specialist, James is responsible for managing our health and wellness unit. James has worked both client and agency side over the last 18 years, predominantly within agencies.

His background is a mixture of brand development, advertising, digital and PR, with strong commercial and business development skills and a proven track record of growing health and wellness brands.

Ian is responsible for managing key client relationships within Conran Design Group, including Shell and Coca-Cola European Partners. He has worked both client-side (with VISA) and agency-side over the last 20+ years. While his background is primarily digital, he has strong commercial accumen and a proven track record of innovation, project delivery and change management.

Ian Howlett Business Director

Denise is our HR and Operations Manager. In this role she heads up the HR and personnel needs of the company, reinforcing a strong company culture as well as supporting the development and implementation of training programmes for staff. Dee also coordinates the day to day requirements that ensure the London office runs smoothly.

Chris is the financial lead of Conran, managing financial planning, reporting and controls. He supports the company in achieving its financial and commercial objectives by working closely with the Client Services department, overseeing commercial and operational development and contract negotiations.
